- dbClifford gets his first top 10; the previous single, "Simple Things", only reached #48.
- Sum 41 (previous best: "Pieces", #20) and Yellowcard (previous best: "Ocean Avenue", #31) both get their biggest hits, outcharting their previous bests by 2 spots.
- Rihanna has 2 songs rising in the top 40, with her latest "Shut Up and Drive" rising to #34, becoming her 8th top 40 hit in a row.
- Collective Soul returns to the top 40 for the first time since "Better Now" reached #40 in 2005; since then, only "How Do You Love" charted, which missed the top 40.
- The Fray is the biggest mover, moving up 34 spots; so far "How To Save A Life" is their biggest hit, reaching #35 last year.
